Personal information under this policy is deemed information provided to the site based on an individual. Certain information required to post your event will require some information to be publicly viewed. This includes a contact method, name of the event, location of the event, time, and other pertinent information. Your personal account information is not to be shared publicly, but will need to be shared with us in accordance with this policy.

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our site (“Log Data”).

Any data we or Google stores is treated as personal information (less that which is posted by the poster for public viewing) and ties to Google’s privacy policy.

We do maintain information on the content loaded onto the site. This is in part because you are using the site as a means to communicate your needs and we require it to enable you to complete the training. We do not keep information that you have deleted.

Data and Advertisements

From time to time we may employ the use of Google Ads (AdSense), AdMob, and other similar tools as many online organizations do. We are bound by their privacy and data policies and those of the legal jurisdictions in which they operate.

We retain the right to remove offensive material. Illegal material will be removed and refunds not given.

Deleting and Changing Data

You are free to change or delete your personal data by logging in and changing it. Data required for legislative or legal purposes will be retained until permitted to be destroyed by law. Data involving fraud may be retained as long as deemed necessary by us. We reserve the right to provide such data to law enforcement at our discretion or as mandated by the courts or legislation. Cookie data, if used (and we don’t like it), is retained for 18 months after deletion and 9 months for IP addresses. Financial record keeping data will be retained as long as required by law in the jurisdiction where filings occur. In many jurisdictions this is seven years.
